Raven's Recruitment is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead the front‑of‑shop operations in a busy community pharmacy in a historic Victorian township about 90 minutes north‑west of Melbourne.

You will oversee 12–15 staff, manage rosters, HR administration, induction and training, stock ordering, invoicing, merchandising and stocktakes, and build solid relationships with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders in a supportive regional setting.
