Key responsibilities

- This role provides an exciting chance to support individuals with complex needs while contributing to positive health and recovery outcomes within the community.

- As a Clinical Nurse in the Dual Diagnosis service, you will provide specialist assessment, treatment, care coordination, and clinical support for consumers experiencing both mental health conditions and alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns.
n
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, you will play a key role in delivering integrated, evidence-based care that promotes recovery, independence, and wellbeing.
n
- Provides specialist, knowledge and skill in the assessment, management and treatment of patients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorder.
