n Reports to: Maintenance Supervisorn
n Responsibilities:n
n Install startup and shutdown equipment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements.n
n Perform mechanic skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting for the repair and maintenance of production equipment.n
n Carry out necessary logistics work, including receive of goods, preparation of goods for upcoming production orders and loading of bulk product for shipment.n
n Compliance with all rules & policies regarding health safety, occupational safety, environmental safety, food safety, legal regulations, company requirements, etc.n
n Maintain strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).n
n Compliance with the Company's Integrated Management Systems which includes, but is not limited to Production, Quality, Food Safety & GMP.n
n Other duties as assigned.n
n Profilen
n Experience in blow molders, rotary high speed fillers , labelers ,sleeve machine, case packers,



palletizers.n
n High school, GED, or equivalent education. Trade or vocational school education is preferred.n
n 2 years of experience working in a maintenance role in various environments is required.n
n Experience working in a food and beverage manufacturing facility is preferred.n
n Able to understand and safely use various hand tools and power tools to carry out and complete maintenance tasks.n
n Demonstrated knowledge of electrical components such as (but not limited to) VFD’s motor starters, temperature sensor.n
n Industrial electrical up to 480 VACSn
n Controls & instrumentationsn
n PLC/software &hardware; experiencen
n Pneumatics & Hydraulic experiencen
n BRC/HACCP, Setting, Sustainabilityn
n Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force at times and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.n
n Ability to work in cold and hot environments (approximately 38F-80F degrees)n
n Ability to repeat motions that may include use of the wrists, hands and/or fingers, and standing or sitting for prolonged periods (average 8-12 hours).n
