You will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, understanding their needs and delivering solutions to enhance their experience with our services.
Key Responsibilities n
Sales Growth and Revenue:

- Develop sales plans that outline goals, tactics, and timelines for achieving sales targets

- Identify current business opportunities through effective lead generation activities including networking, and industry research.

- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities for growth.

- Provide regular updates to management regarding sales activities, market trends, and competitive threats.

- Perform competitive analysis to understand competitor strengths and weaknesses

- Negotiate pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements

- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Customer Relationship Management nn
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders.

- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales Collateral And Branding nn
- Manage the development and deployment of sales collateral, and branding that support the Business effectiveness.

Administrative Duties nn
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the system.
n
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
