About The Roles n

As a Site Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day‑to‑day delivery of new home builds, ensuring projects run safely, on schedule, on budget, and to Burbank’s standards. You’ll coordinate trades, manage materials, complete QA checks, and keep clients informed throughout their build journey.

What You’ll Do n

- Oversee multiple residential builds
n
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors
n
- Review plans and construction documentation
n
- Schedule and supervise trades
n
- Manage deliveries, timelines, and site resources
n
- Complete QA inspections and maintain ClickHome updates
n




- Control ETS spending and maintain company equipment
n
- Uphold strong safety practices
n
- Provide transparent communication to clients and internal teams
n

What You’ll Bring nn
- Residential construction experience (volume building preferred)
n
- Strong trade coordination and site management capability
n
- Qualification in Building & Construction
n
- Solid knowledge of building codes and OH&S;
n
- Confident communicator and effective problem‑solver
n
- White Card and valid Driver’s Licence
n
- Builder’s Licence (desirable)
