Wagners is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead the safe, efficient and compliant operation of our concrete plant at the Eva Copper Mine Site.

n

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, plant staff, batching accuracy, quality control, environmental requirements, maintenance coordination and customer outcomes.

About the Role n

- Competitive Hourly Rate + Rate
n
- Fixed Task Contract
n
- 2:1 Roster on Day Shift (there may be some night shifts)
n
- Flights (from Brisbane or Townsville), meals & accommodation provided
n
- Lead and supervise plant employees, contractors, drivers and visitors
n
- Oversee daily concrete production, batching, ticketing and plant operations
n
- Coordinate truck scheduling, workforce rostering and stock control
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and Chain of Responsibility requirements
n

About you nn
- Mining Supervisor G1, G8 and G9 qualification,



or ability to obtain
n
- Previous experience in concrete plant management required, remote locations preferred
n
- Experience with plant maintenance coordination, stock management and production administration
n
- Must be able to pass all satisfactory pre-employment checks - including a Medical + Drug & Alcohol + Police Check
