Job Description
We are seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our team working in the community and private homes within the Redcliffe area. This role involves providing person-centred care support to aged care and NDIS participants while ensuring safety, dignity, and independencewhile at home and within the community.

Key Responsibilities
n
Deliver high-quality care and support in line with individual support plans.
n
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with NDIS and Aged Care Standards.
n
Promote independence and wellbeing through respectful and empowering support.
n
We have a variety of shifts on offer, across mornings, afternoons and active night shifts and sleepovers, 7 days. This exciting prospect is initially offered on a casual basis,



with the view to go permanent within the next few months.

About You
n
A fun and positive attitude
n
Genuine interest in supporting the elderly and NDIS participants to live independently
n
Experience in home care or disability preferred, but not essential.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
n
Current First Aid and CPR
n
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check and compliance with NDIS Code of Conduct.
