MRAEL is seeking a Construction Field Supervisor (Contract) in Scarborough, Australia, to oversee trainees completing their Certificate I in Construction. You will supervise on-site activities, coach participants, and ensure protected, productive work practices in line with WHS and SQW requirements.

You'll coordinate daily tasks, maintain safety records, and collaborate with project staff, the RTO, and community partners to align learning with training outcomes.
