Job Description

Sureway Employment is seeking a Contact Centre Consultant based at our Wagga Wagga Head Office to manage inbound enquiries and provide professional support to callers nationwide. You will receive comprehensive training, work with a supportive team, and coordinate services across NSW, Victoria, ACT, SA, Qld and WA in a quick-paced, KPI-driven environment.
