Job Description

Hunter New England Local Health District invites an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Tamworth Community Health team at Tamworth Hospital. You will deliver assessment, intervention and rehabilitation for adults 18+, support safe discharge planning, and provide outreach to residential aged care facilities in Manilla and Barraba.

This temporary full-time role offers mentorship, collaborative practice, and adaptable working arrangements within NECACS, based at the Tamworth Hospital
