All Smiles Denture Clinic is on the hunt for a wonderful new team member to join our friendly crew. We operate from two locations—Buderim and Bribie Island—and this position is based at our modern Bribie Island clinic in Bellara.

What's the Job?

You’ll be the friendly face greeting our patients, the calm voice answering our phones, and the organisational superstar helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Details

- 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
- 8:00am - 4/4:15pm
- Based at our Bellara clinic
- Working alongside two fantastic prosthetists on alternating days

Your Day Might Include

- Welcoming patients with a smile (we're called All Smiles for a reason!)
- Managing front-of-house reception duties
- Answering calls for both our Bribie Island and Buderim clinics
- Assisting with enquiries for our dental laboratory in Buderim and liaising with the team there
- General administration and office duties




- Keeping our beautiful two-surgery clinic looking professional, clean and tidy
- Ordering stock and supplies before someone discovers we've run out of coffee

About You

- Have previous reception experience (dental/medical)
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Can juggle multiple tasks without actually juggling
- Are organised and enjoy keeping things running smoothly
- Can confidently manage a busy phone system
- Have accurate and fast typing
- Present professionally and take pride in your work
- Have a positive attitude and a genuine sense of humour
