The Role n

As aProperty Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio residential properties, ensuring every home is well-maintained, tenanted and delivering strong returns for high-net-worth clients and investors. Key responsibilities as below.

Portfolio Management n

n
- Oversee day-to‑day operations, including maintenance and repairs.
n
- Conduct regular inspections and implement proactive upkeep.
n
- Coordinate contractors and ensure cost‑effective, high‑quality work.
n
- Maintain detailed property, compliance and financial records.
n
- Build strong, trust‑based relationships with tenants and landlords as well as high‑net‑worth clients.
n
- Resolve issues quickly,



professionally and with care and sensitivity.
n
- Provide strategic advice high‑profile clients to maximise investment returns.
n
- Support long‑term tenant retention and satisfaction.
n

Leasing & Rent Management nn
- Market and lease properties to high‑quality tenants.
n
- Manage applications, screenings, lease agreements, renewals and terminations.
n
- Ensure timely rent collection and legal compliance.
n
- Keep landlords updated on market trends and pricing insights.
n

Compliance & Risk nn
- Ensure all properties meet health, safety and legal requirements.
n
- Handle inspections, insurance claims and risk mitigation proactively.
n

Business Growth nn
- Identify and onboard new property management opportunities.
n
- Help grow our portfolio through investor engagement.
n
- Collaborate with marketing on property promotions.
n
- Build networks and stay across local property trends.
n
