A well-established and highly regarded strata management business is seeking an experienced Strata Assistant to join their close-knit team in a up-to-date office workplace.

This role sits within a boutique team of around 15 staff and reports directly to a highly experienced manager who is known for being hands-on and supportive.

The Role
This position will see you taking ownership of a broad range of strata administration responsibilities, including:
Coordinating AGM's, preparing and issuing meeting notices
Drafting agendas and accurate meeting minutes
Actioning meeting outcomes, including work orders and invoice approvals
Managing day-to-day correspondence with owners, committees and contractors
Supporting the setup and refinement of internal procedures and processes
Assisting with presentations and general administrative projects
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience within strata administration is essential
Certificate of Registration or relevant licence is required
Strong working knowledge of Strata Master
High attention to detail with strong organisational ability
Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach
