Position: Process Operator

Location: Kwinana, WA

Position Type: Contract

Pay Rate: $46.00 p/h + Penalty Rates + Super

Role Overview

As a Process Operator, you will be part of the production team responsible for the secure and efficient manufacture of bitumen-based products. You will operate and monitor plant equipment, ensure product quality, and maintain safe working conditions in an industrial environment.

- Plant operation & monitoring
- Product handling & sample processing
- Safety & compliance
- Quality assurance
- Equipment care & housekeeping
- Undertaking truck load outs
- Liaisingwith drivers for load out specifications
- Manufacturingbitumen-based products

Requirements

- Australian citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
- Ability to obtain a MSIC card for imports




- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or process‑plant environment
- Process plant knowledge and fault-finding abilities
- Forklift ticket
- Physically fit
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg
- Understanding of dangerous goods
