Job Description

McMillen, Inc. seeks a highly skilled Quality Control Manager with heavy civil construction experience to lead the QC program for dam and lock electrical projects.

You will oversee development and execution of quality control procedures, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with contract documents and industry standards. The role requires 5+ years in heavy civil QC, USACE familiarity, and CQCM certification or ability to obtain it.
