Finance Analyst, Trust Funds and Frameworks Management (2x Positions) n

The Finance Analyst, Trust Funds and Frameworks is a key role in providing support establishment and maintenance of the budget frameworks, policy, controls and standards to drive fiscal performance and help report on fiscal risks - with a specialist focus on Trust funds management. The role will also support the relevant, timely and value-add training and guidance for budget frameworks management is developed and provided to support DEECA staff in their budget management responsibilities.

With a degree in accounting, finance or commerce (desirable), the role requires high level conceptual and analytical skills, a focus on detail and ability to build effective relationships along with strong written skills.

Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications n

n
- Degree in accounting, finance or commerce or equivalent is desirable
n
- Knowledge in best practice budgeting within government and knowledge of the Financial Management Act is preferred.
n
- Experience in financial reporting and administration utilising financial systems and tools.
n

These are ongoing positions. The work location for these positions is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available. n
