Job Description

The Maintenance Store person is responsible for the end-to-end supply chain function for the maintenance department, ensuring the ongoing upkeep of all store's areas, management of stores item levels, cost-effective procurement of stores items, and delivery of stores items in full and within specification.

Key responsibilities n

- Manage maintenance inventory and spare parts storage
n
- Receive, store, issue, and track maintenance items
n
- Conduct stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records
n
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and reorder points
n
- Source and procure parts and services in a cost-effective manner
n
- Build strong relationships with suppliers and identify cost-saving opportunities
n
- Prepare and kit parts for planned maintenance activities
n
- Forecast future inventory requirements and manage potential stock shortages
n
- Implement and maintain real-time tracking and control of stores items using CMSS and ERP programs
n
- Support Continuous Improvement of stores processes and inventory management systems.
n
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality parts and services
n

About you n

n




- Demonstrated experience in maintenance stores, warehouse or inventory setting.
n
- Proven experience in Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
n
- Experience with SAP S4Hana for inventory and procurement management
n
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
n
- Strong analytical skills to identify and understand business needs, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
n
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
n
