Job Description

Beston Group is looking for an experienced HR Officer to support day-to-day HR across our Hallam and Tullamarine operations in Melbourne. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, investigations, contract negotiation, and safety in a fast-paced construction and trades workplace.

You will work closely with management and staff, handling conflicts, onboarding and development, and ensuring compliance with Victorian OHS.
