Grace Workplace Solutions, the commercial moving division of Grace Group, is looking for a Commercial Team Leader to lead teams across client sites. You'll be the on-site face of Grace, coordinating people, logistics, and safety to deliver seamless relocation outcomes for our clients.

What you'll do

n

Lead relocation teams on commercial moves and project logistics

n

Be the main on‐site contact for clients, keeping communication explicit

n

Allocate vehicles, equipment, and tasks across the team

n

Champion WHS and safety standards on every site

n

Manage job documentation, inventory, and condition reports

n

What you'll bring

n

Strong communication skills and a genuine customer‐first mindset

n

Reliable, self‐motivated, and comfortable leading a team

n





Physically capable; this is an active, on‐the‐move role

n

Professional presentation

n

Current driver's licence (car minimum)

n

Removals or logistics experience is a plus, but leadership potential matters most
