Job Description

Pegasus Leisure Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Highways in Springvale. You will support day-to-day venue operations, lead and develop a high-performing team and ensure excellent customer experiences while maintaining compliance across gaming, liquor and venue operations.

In this hands-on role, you'll collaborate with the Venue Manager to drive performance, manage stock and rostering, and contribute to events and promotions.
