Job Description

MobReady is seeking a Call Centre Manager to lead a brand current Mob-specific call centre. You will implement and scale a team, collaborating with existing call centres while driving high performance and cultural guidance.

The role is hybrid and based in Olympic Park or Gosford, NSW. Ideal candidates will have Aboriginal status, a police check, demonstrated management experience in customer service or corporate settings, and full availability to meet shifting rosters.
