This full time role demands strategic leadership, a robust commercial mindset, and a passion for luxury client service.
You will drive sales, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across categories.
You will report to the Store Manager and collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to deliver a first-class Sephora experience and surpass KPIs.
