BE Campbell Group is seeking a Trade Assistant to join the Maintenance & Engineering team at our Wetherill Park site. You will work alongside licensed tradespeople, supporting daily maintenance, site activity, and project work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on maintenance experience, basic mechanical aptitude, and a solid safety mindset. You will participate in 5S and continuous improvement while ensuring hygiene and site standards in a food manufacturing setting.
