We are seeking a hands-on and reliable permanent Full-Time Chef to support day-to-day kitchen operations. Reporting to the Head Chef and wider leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering and maintaining service standards, mis-en-place, and contributing to overall kitchen performance.

The role includes a wide range of responsibilities, ranging from leadership, dish costing and procedure implementation, assisting the leadership team with day-to-day management as well as contributing to dish development. At Robina Pavilion , we take pride in crafting exceptional dining experiences that leave a lasting impression.

Key Responsibilities:

- To prepare, cook and present (or otherwise delegate to other kitchen staff including cooks) food for service across all sections
- Supervising and coordinate activities of kitchen staff and other chefs
- Inspecting supplies, equipment's and work areas for cleanliness and functionality.
- Stocktaking, ordering and inventory maintenance of ingredients and supplies




- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and WHS procedures

Key Requirements & Experience:

- Applicant must have at least 1 year of relevant employment experience
- Enthusiasm, creativity, and a passion for food
- Commitment to excellent customer service
- Robust work ethicand ability to perform under pressure whilst maintaining standards
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Availability across weekdays, evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

- Applicant will ideally hold relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications
