Join one of the most respected specialist insights businesses in financial services, a global research and advisory firm helping banks, fintechs and insurers make smarter, customer-led decisions. They're now building out a dedicated client service and insights team around one of their flagship Tier 1 banking accounts, and this role puts you right in the room.

The Role

You'll work closely on a top ASX-listed banking client, getting hands-on with one of the most comprehensive financial services data sets in the country. Alongside BAU reporting, you'll dig deep into the data to help this major bank properly understand its customers and the competitive landscape.

- Supporting regular client presentations and research brief sessions
- Influencing the design of research briefs and analysis approach
- Using primary and secondary data to tell a clear, commercially relevant story
- Analysing quantitative research data with accuracy and attention to detail
- Creating client-ready, insight-led presentations




- Tracking core metrics like NPS and share of wallet to spot shifts in customer behaviour
- Benchmarking performance against competitors
- Collaborating with teams across Sydney, Melbourne and international offices
- Using the latest research and data tools, including AI.

What You'll Bring

- 2+ years' experience in quantitative market research, insights or analytics (agency or client-side)
- Strong data analytics skills, confident in survey-based data analysis using Q or SPSS or similar
- Excellent data visualisation - you love telling stories with data
- A will do, can do attitude
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Banking or financial services exposure is a bonus, not a must.
