Job Description

Central Gippsland Health in Gippsland – Wellington is seeking a People & Culture Manager. The role reports to the Director People & Culture, oversees the P&C; team including Business Partners and admin support, and sits with Payroll and ICT leadership in a current division.

The successful candidate will bring senior HR experience, lead key people initiatives, develop and deliver leadership content, and drive the organisation's People, Culture and GEAP plans while supporting a values-based workplace.
