Job Description

BaptistCare in Australia is seeking an experienced People Insights & Engagement Partner to lead employee listening, engagement initiatives and workforce insights across the organisation.

Based in Sydney or Melbourne with hybrid flexibility, you will design engagement programs, analyse data and translate insights into actions that strengthen employee experience and organisational effectiveness, reporting to the General Manager, Organisational Development.
