Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services in clients' homes and community settings
n
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalised rehabilitation programs
n
- Focus on falls prevention, mobility, pain management & strength training
n
- Manage your own caseload with flexibility and autonomy
n




- Collaborate with clients, families, carers, and other health professionals
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
n

n

About You

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
- Experience in NDIS and or Community Aged Care (highly regarded)
n
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- Passionate about person-centred care
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally upto 45 mins
n
- NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check & WWCC (or willing to obtain)
n
