Are you an experienced Workday Functional Consultant looking to play a key role in a major HCM implementation within an established professional services organisation?

n

We are seeking experienced Workday Functional Consultants to support the end-to-end delivery of a significant Workday implementation, working closely with internal HR and Finance functional leads, IT teams and external implementation partners.

n

This is a fixed-term opportunity through to July 2027, with an ASAP start, located in Melbourne CBD.

About the Role: You will: n

n
- Support the end-to-end delivery of a Workday implementation;
n
- Partner closely with HR/P&C; functional leads, IT and implementation partners;
n
- Translate business requirements into Workday solutions and workflows;
n
- Support configuration across Core HCM, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Absence and Time Tracking;
n
- Review current-state processes and contribute to future-state process design;
n
- Support configuration across organisational structures, job profiles, staffing models and security;
n
- Coordinate and support unit, regression and end-to-end testing;
n
- Provide Workday functional expertise and best-practice recommendations;
n
- Support data migration, including mapping, validation, reconciliation and issue resolution; and
n
- Contribute to change management and communications activities.

About You: You'll bring: nn
- Strong hands-on Workday implementation experience;
n
- Experience across multiple Workday functional areas, ideally including:
n n
- Core HCM / Compensation;
n
- Payroll;
n
- Advanced Compensation;
n
- Absence; and
n
- Time Tracking.
n
n
- Strong understanding of Workday business processes and configuration;
n
- Experience translating business requirements into practical Workday solutions;
n
- Experience supporting implementation, enhancement or optimisation programs;
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills;
n
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication; and
n




- Experience within professional services highly regarded.

Working alongside experienced HR, Finance and technology stakeholders, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into effective Workday solutions and supporting the organisation through configuration, testing, data migration and implementation.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Workday Consultant who enjoys working across multiple functional areas and wants to play a hands-on role in a major implementation rather than simply providing BAU support.
