Job Description
Brisbane Bread Co is seeking a full time baker to produce sourdough and yeasted breads for wholesale, retail and in-house use.
You will mix, ferment, bake and finish products to consistent quality standards while maintaining ingredient quality and recipe consistency.
The role requires 3+ years of bakery experience, a baking trade qualification or equivalent, and a valid driver's license for weekly deliveries.
