The Kelso Hotel is seeking a qualified cook to join a busy kitchen in a friendly, family-like team led by a Head Chef.
You will manage your own sections, present top-quality dishes, and uphold food hygiene standards in a rapid-paced environment.
We require a minimum of 2 years' experience, a versatile 5-on/2-off roster across seven days, and qualifications or trade experience equivalent.
Approx.
38 hours per week with rotating shifts.
