Job Description
The West Australian is seeking a part time Subscriber Services Representative to join our friendly, customer-focused team.
You will handle inbound enquiries, process holds, start recent subscriptions and assist with complaints and cancellations in a busy contact centre, ensuring accurate information and a excellent subscriber experience.
Rostered hours include Monday 9:00am–4:00pm and Saturday 7:00am–12:00pm, with additional hours available.
