We are a24/7 operation, and this role is based on aSunday to Wednesdayroster, scheduled to best support the needs of the role and business operations.

Roster & Hours
Shifts:
4:00am- 4:00pm
Sunday to Wednesday
Key Responsibilities
Accurate and timelytracking and data entry
Ensuring alldriver paperworkis completed daily
Planning and schedulinglocal pickups and deliveries
Identifying and resolvingoperational issues as they arise
Maintaining compliance withChain of Responsibility (CoR)requirements
Clear and effective communication withinternal teams and external stakeholders
Promoting and supporting asafe and healthy work workplace
Participating insafety initiatives and toolbox talks
Optimising load capacitiesfor efficiency and cost-effectiveness




Leading by example –professional presentation and high standards
Qualifications & Requirements
Ability towork autonomouslyand within a team
Minimum 2 years experiencein an operations or supervisory role within theheavy vehicle industry
Ability to provideup to date, contactable references
Willingness tolearn internal software systems
Capable of performing under pressure in atime-critical environment
Solid written and verbal communicationskills
This is a hands on role so experience loading and unloading trucks
Weekly pay cycle
No after-hours calls
Company-supplied uniforms
