Hervey Bay Motor Group seeks a polished, highly experienced Senior Service Advisor to drive our front-of-house operations in Hervey Bay.
You will own the end-to-end customer journey and act as the critical link between clients and the workshop.
This senior role requires ownership of the service desk, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer care, securing bookings, and maintaining high CSI scores.
