Job Description
AHA is seeking data-collection specialists to conduct outbound calls with National Disability Insurance Scheme participants in a 9-week contract.
You will collect survey data with empathy, working a rotating roster across hours from 9am to 8pm, 5 days a week including some Saturdays.
Office-based initially with some adaptable work options.
Ideal candidates are supportive, detail-oriented, and comfortable using IT systems.
