Administration Clerk / Receptionist (Casual Position)
South Coast Private Hospital is currently seeking a Casual AdministrationClerk/Receptionistswithin our busy Outpatient Clinic, with opportunity for Permanent Part-Time.
The successful applicants will be able to demonstrate the following essential criteria
Experience in the Medical Administration field of at least 2 years required
Preferred experience in Medical-based system such as Xestro or Best Practice and Microsoft applications
Excellent people skills and the ability to relate to all clients in a professional and productive manner
Demonstrated confidential handling of all client information
Must hold a minimum level 2 certificate in Business Services Administration,



or demonstrable experience
Excellent written, verbal and phone technique
Ability to work in a quick-paced workplace
Must be mature and be team orientated
Must have current and valid work rights in Australia
Must be available to work Monday to Friday (8.00am to 6pm) + Saturday (8.00am - *pm)
Relevant probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check and mandatory Covid-19 vaccination is required prior to commencement to successful applicants as well as Hep B, MMR, Varicella, and yearly flu vaccination.
