The Trustee for BFG Unit Trust in Sydney is seeking a Senior Sommelier / Sommelier and Assistant Head Sommelier for its FINK venues. This full-time permanent role offers opportunities to lead wine service across award-winning restaurants and mentor junior staff.

Candidates should have passion for wine, robust knowledge of Italian and Australian selections, and be available for nights/weekends. WSET 3 or CMS-equivalent is preferred. Competitive salary and staff benefits apply.
