SILC (Supporting Independent Living Co-operative) – Rydalmere NSW is seeking skilled Disability Support Workers to help two young men with autism and complex needs. You will support daily living, documentation, and medication administration while implementing risk-aware behaviour strategies.

You will work across multiple shifts, collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a family-led cooperative workplace. NSW driver’s license is required and ongoing training is provided.
