RATP Dev Western Sydney Airport (RDWSA) is seeking a Commercial Defects Manager to support contract administration and risk mitigation across the project. You will bridge engineering and contract law, translating defect data into contract notices and cost-recovery strategies, reporting to the Defect Manager and Commercial Director.

You will lead commercial claims end-to-end, draft notices with Legal Counsel, audit Maximo work orders for direct costs, and secure warranties transfer to protect
