Job Description

Metro South Addiction and Mental Health Services is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to lead and deliver advanced clinical care in dual diagnosis and alcohol withdrawal management within home-based settings across community and hospital interfaces.

You will provide autonomous assessments, prescribe where appropriate, and mentor teams while developing creative models of care to improve consumer outcomes and reduce hospital admissions.
