Job Description

HR Partners seeks a Claims Assessor in Chatswood for a hybrid role (3 days in-office, 2 days from home). You will manage a focused portfolio of property claims in a specialist team, applying empathy and problem-solving to complex cases.

You’ll work with solicitors, surveyors, and internal teams, handling end-to-end claims and basic financials while delivering explicit customer communication.
