Job Description

KBA Accountants, based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast, seeks an experienced Office/Practice Manager to run the office and lead the Administration Team. You will own the operational admin work currently handled by the partners, freeing them to focus on billable client work.

You will own core software, including XPM, Ignition and FYI, and drive recent implementations, training, and process improvements to keep the practice running smoothly.
