The Opportunity n

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Cert III Educator to join a diverse service backed by a strong, supportive team. This role is perfect for educators holding a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, looking to contribute to a vibrant room workplace.

Key Responsibilities n

- Deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs for children
n
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
n




- Build positive relationships with children, families, and the broader team
n
- Observe, document, and assess children's learning and development according to centre policies and regulatory requirements
n
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
n

Skills and Qualifications nn
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
n
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
n
- Passionate about early childhood education and fostering child development
