Residential Electrician up to $200K+ Packages

Ruttley Services is growing and we're looking for an experienced Residential Electrician to join our team.

If you're a qualified electrician who enjoys working with homeowners, solving problems, delivering great customer service and taking pride in your work, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a full-time role servicing residential customers across Sydney - particularly North Shore and Northern Beaches with strong office support, modern systems and genuine career progression opportunities.

About The Role

As our Electrician, you'll be helping homeowners with:

- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Electrical repairs
- Safety inspections
- Switchboard upgrades
- Power and lighting installations
- General electrical maintenance
- Customer education and recommendations

You’ll work independently throughout the day while being fully supported by our customer service and dispatch team.

Our goal is simple — allow our electricians to focus on helping customers and delivering quality work while the office team handles scheduling, customer communication and administration.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

- Holds a current NSW Electrical Licence
- Has residential service experience
- Communicates confidently with homeowners
- Presents professionally
