About you

You will bring:

- Leadership experience and a hands-on approach to civil construction work.
- Strong planning and organisational skills to coordinate crews and deliver outcomes.
- Experience operating a range of civil plant and equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer service.
- A genuine commitment to workplace safety.
- The ability to confidently use technology and maintain accurate records.
