Early Childhood Educator – Certificate III or Diploma

Willowgrove Early Learning Centre is looking for a caring, passionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Romsey.

About the Role

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

- Build warm, respectful and responsive relationships with children
- Provide a protected, nurturing and engaging learning environment
- Support children's learning through play and intentional teaching
- Observe, document and contribute to children's individual learning and development
- Work collaboratively with your room team and the wider Willowgrove team
- Develop meaningful relationships with families and communicate openly and respectfully
- Support children's social and emotional wellbeing
- Encourage children's independence, confidence and sense of belonging
- Contribute to planning and implementing our educational program
- Maintain a high standard of health, hygiene, safety and supervision
- Follow Willowgrove's policies, procedures and the National Quality Framework
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive and respectful team culture

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this position, you will hold:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care , or
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

We welcome applications from educators at different stages of their careers, including those who are newly qualified and ready to take the next step.

Previous experience in an early childhood setting will be highly regarded.
