Job Description
Endeavour Group is seeking a Head of Loyalty - ALH to lead and evolve loyalty across 350+ pubs, hotels and venues nationwide.
This role drives strategic direction, program design, and cross-functional execution from Melbourne or Sydney in a hybrid setup.
We are looking for 10+ years in customer strategy or loyalty, robust P&L; management, and a proven ability to lead teams, analyse data, and personalise campaigns that deepen engagement and grow revenue.
