Job Description

Collarcare is seeking a Clinical Manager for a large premium residential aged care residence on the Central Coast. Reporting to the Facility Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care.

You will work with RN staff, families and the leadership team to uphold governance, quality standards and regulatory compliance, lead continuous improvement, and support workforce planning in a high-quality, resident-focused workplace.
