Job Description

Talent Quarter partners with a respected residential aged care provider to appoint an experienced Clinical Manager in Toowoomba. The role leads clinical governance, quality systems, and care delivery, partnering with the Service Manager to embed secure, person-centred care while developing the nursing team.

You will influence compliance outcomes and resident experience. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of senior nursing in Residential Aged Care, with a strong grasp of Aged Care Quality
