Position: Barista / Café All-Rounder
Employment Type: Part-time (with opportunity for full-time)

Macchina Espresso Kingsgrove and our new store location Beecroft is looking for an enthusiastic Barista / Café All-Rounder to join our growing team.

n

Key Responsibilities n

Preparing and serving coffee and beverages consistently

n
- n

Taking customer orders and operating the POS system

n
- n

Providing friendly, professional customer service

n
- n

Assisting with general café duties

n
- n

Maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards

n
- n

Supporting the team during busy periods

n

What We’re Looking For nn
- n





At least 1 year of experience in a café, barista, or hospitality role

n
- n

A genuine interest in coffee and a willingness to learn more about our in house roasting and specialty blends

n
- n

Strong customer service and communication skills

n
- n

A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure

n
- n

Reliability, professionalism, and a team-focused mindset

n
- n

Willingness to learn and help out across all areas of the café
